Vlado Footwear, creator of the Official Spectro Jerkin shoe, and the Los Angeles Sports Arena join forces to present SHOWDOWN LA II on Saturday, April 30th. Forty-Two of the Nation’s top Jerkin dance crews are headed to the Los Angeles Sports Arena to compete and be recognized as NJA (National Jerkin Association) Los Angeles Champion for 2011. This one of a kind dance competition in Los Angeles for it’s second year, continues to embrace a sense of family and fun for the community. The event will be packed with entertainment for all ages, family activities and vendors. SHOWDOWN LA II will showcase dance crews battling it out ‘Jerk’ style and is expected to once again attract thousands of youth from around the area. Join, The Rangers, the New Boys, Young Sam, last years winners Marvel, Inc and Vice 45, in addition to a few surprise celebrity guests. Additional event sponsors Future Heretics and NJA Skinny Jeans will be on hand showing the latest in fashion. Net proceeds from the event will benefit the Make-A-Wish Foundation of Greater Los Angeles, helping to make wishes come true.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY:
Vlado Footwear and their affiliates, divisions,
sponsors, advertising agencies, owners, partners, officers, directors,
independent contractors, employees, agents, contractors, successors and
assigns (collectively “Producers”) assume no responsibility and shall have no
liability whatsoever (including for negligence) for any injury, damage to or
loss of ticket holder’s person (including, without limitation, wrongful death)
or property while on the premises. Ticket holder voluntarily assumes all risks
and dangers incidental to the event for which the ticket is issued (“Event”),
whether occurring prior to, during or after the Event. Ticket holder
voluntarily agrees that Vlado Footwear and each
of these separate legal entities’ respective officers, directors, owners,
affiliates, employees and agents acting by and through them, are expressly
released by Ticket holder from any claim incidental to the Event.

Smoking and/or the carrying of weapons is prohibited. Any container, purse,
bag or other property is subject to inspection prior to Event, re-admittance
or Event departure.
Any person within Event without proper event wristband or Credential will
be promptly removed.

Please bring valid government-issued photo identification such as a driver’s
license or passport for proof of age.

RIGHT TO USE YOUR NAME, VOICE, IMAGE AND LIKENESS:
By using this ticket, Ticket holder grants Event Organizer and its affiliates
and licensees the irrevocable, transferable, perpetual right and license to
publish, print, display, record and use (by photograph, film, tape, aural
devices and any other method or device) the Ticket holder’s name, voice,
image and likeness while at the Event (the “Recordings”), and use such
Recordings for any and all purposes, in any and all media now known or
hereafter devised.
